WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE STERN REVIEW?

Here in the UK, Lord Stern is a man the government hold in great esteem and he has recently been holding forth to Parliamentary Committees on his great report into the economic benefits of acting to reduce CO2 emissions. So it is a very good time to review his report.
