AUSTERITY - "WHAT AUSTERITY?", SAYS UK CLIMATE CHANGE DEPARTMENT
This piece looks at the 35% increase in staff levels at the Department of energy and Climate Change. What are all these extra people needed for? Could it be for a propaganda offensive?
